Melding creative direction, communications, and cultural insight into work that's as smart as it is stunning.

We partnered with the National Partnership for Women and Families and the National Women's Law Center to launch The 75 Million. We were a founding creative partner, leading brand creation and identity from inception. We developed the campaign's name, narrative, visual language, and website, then carried that foundation through integrated communications, influencer strategy, and coalition storytelling across a 17-organization partnership. Our work translated complex economic and workplace justice issues into culturally resonant, human stories—establishing The 75 Million as a cohesive, credible national brand with both public visibility and policy integrity and landing media spots in Forbes, Travel Noire, The Nation, and Ms. Magazine.
For the College Board, we led a comprehensive digital and external engagement strategy to grow enrollment in AP African American Studies. Through culturally precise campaigns, targeted social media, and high-impact community outreach at moments like EssenceFest and Martha's Vineyard, we translated a landmark curriculum into a movement students and families could see themselves in. The result was a dramatic surge in enrollment, significantly expanding access to the course and strengthening its position as a credible, in-demand offering nationwide.
We partnered with Live Free USA as a founding creative and strategic partner on the Love Free campaign, working to organize 300,000 people of faith nationwide. We led campaign framing, creative direction, and narrative development, created and executed the signature Sunday Dinner Series, and built a weekly email program to engage and grow their audience. We also produced toolkits to equip churches to plug into the work locally and supported media placements in outlets including Essence and The Root, helping establish Love Free as a visible, culturally grounded national effort.
We led the Intersections of Our Lives conference end to end, stewarding every element of the convening with precision—from visual identity and program design to transportation logistics, multilingual production across three languages, on-site execution, and high-level security for members of Congress and national leaders. The gathering brought together influential stakeholders to advance gender justice and set a standard for thoughtfully produced, high-stakes movement convenings.
For CIR-SEIU, the nation's largest physician's union, we provided narrative training, media strategy, and our signature StoryStudio program. This work equipped physicians with compelling narratives that amplified their advocacy for universal healthcare and reproductive justice. We also secured high-impact media placements in outlets that matter to them most—including influential local markets like the Miami Herald—elevating their visibility and influence in public debates nationwide.
